Shipping & Returns

The method of delivery varies depending on the area, types of goods purchased and the time of delivery. Shipments can also be made by carriers as defined by the customer. The shipment isn't standard, but can be adapted to customer needs and characteristics of the product. To ensure that the goods purchased arrive whole, we have concluded agreements with several
companies specializing in the transport of goods of different kinds. Depending on the type of product delivery times may vary.
The timing for delivery of goods purchased by the customer are approximately between 2/3 working days - if the product is in stock

The goods are considered delivered as soon as it left the warehouse Sinergroup, and travel at risk of the customer even if the goods  travel free of charge. It's important that the customer on receipt of the goods, please ensure that:

* The number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the Paking List that accompanies them;
* The goods corresponds to what is actually stated in the packing List;
* The packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered or violated, even in material / sealing closure (tape adhesive strapping ...).

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages, as well as any delays in delivery, should be immediately notified to the Transporter that made the delivery, writing on the sheet where You sign: "Goods subject to control for the absence and / or damaged number .... packages" and confirmed by e-mail to Sinergroup, within seven calendar days. Despite the packaging intact, the goods must be inspected within seven calendar days of receipt. Any damage not external visiblemust be reported within seven calendar days to Sinergroup. Reporting more than any of these terms and / or through other means as noted above, it will not be taken in considaration. Each declaration Customer assumes all responsibility. Once signed the document of Transporter, you cannot oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of the shippment and the number of packages received.

The right of withdrawal only applies to goods intact at the time of the rendering and cannot be exercised in respect of products which by their nature can not be returned.

A) Sending the return is subject to receipt by Sinergroup Srl granted by fax or e-mail compiling the >>RMA<< request form for "investigation and control of the product" within 15 days of the request for authorization of the customer.

B) The request for the return authorization must be received in Sinergroup Srl within 15 days of receipt of material or by the discovery of the defect, once authorized delivered must be sent within 15 days.

C) Upon receipt of the material Sinergroup Srl reserves the right to verify the actual existence of the causes given in the absence of which will return to the customer the material made at the expense of the recipient.

D) The acceptance of the return Srl Sinergroup not directly imply the reorganization of the product, that order will be sent again.
